What does a certified reconditioned package cost?
From $29,995. That includes a full ink set, a quarterly maintenance package and training, the same training new machines get.
What’s available changes, so availability is by request. Reconditioned machines are listed today as vertical printers. Whether Floor Series units are offered reconditioned is being confirmed.

What sets the value of a used machine?
The model. The Pro Series runs an Epson i3200 head with 3,200 nozzles and 8 color channels. The Tech and Floor Series run an Epson DX7 with 6. The Pro is priced higher new, so start any comparison model to model.
The print head. It’s a wear item, about $2,000 on the Pro. Ask when it was last replaced. A tired head is a cost you’ll pay soon after you buy.
The maintenance history. The routine is about twenty minutes every other day the machine runs. Ink that sits still clogs, which is why the pump box circulates it every twelve hours on its own. A machine that skipped the routine, or sat unplugged without being flushed, is a different machine from one that didn’t.
What comes with it. Track, cases, tablet or touchscreen, the customer care kit, the RIP and layout software.
Whether support and warranty carry over. Ask before you buy. This one can move the value more than anything above it.
