Multi-location brands
Same brand. Every location.
What if your own team printed it? One file prints the same way on every wall, floor and window you own. No vinyl to ship, no install crews to schedule, no corners peeling in year three.

To keep wall graphics consistent across multiple locations, print every location from one approved file library on the same printer model. Direct-to-surface printing removes the vendor, print run and installer differences that make vinyl drift from store to store.

The problem
Why don't your locations ever quite match?
Most multi-location brands buy wall graphics one store at a time. Different print shops, different vinyl runs, different installers. The logo in store 12 is a shade off from store 3, and the refresh you planned for spring is still waiting on quotes.
The problem isn't the design. It's that every location starts over.
How it works
One file. Every wall. Same result.
Your team keeps one approved file library. The printer reads that file and prints it straight onto the surface, so the same file comes out the same way at every site.
It travels
The printer packs into cases and moves between locations.
It prints direct
Ink goes on the wall, floor or glass. No seams, adhesive, lamination or film.
It runs on your schedule
Print overnight or between shifts, not when a vendor has an opening.

The numbers
What does a location cost you today?
| Installed printed vinyl | In-house direct-to-surface | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per square foot | About $16 | About 50 cents in ink, plus labor and upkeep |
| Replacement cycle | Every 3 to 5 years | Reprint when the brand changes |
| Lead time | Quote, print, ship, install | Your team, your schedule |
| Consistency | Varies by vendor and print run | Same file, same output |
Run your own numbers in the cost model. Vinyl still makes sense for graphics that come down within a week, anything above 11 feet, and surfaces that must come off clean.
Rollout
How do brands roll it out?
- Pilot one location. Print your highest-traffic wall and compare it to the vinyl next to it.
- Lock the file library. Brand approves the files once. Every site prints from the same set.
- Choose your coverage. One printer travels a region, or each region keeps its own.
- Refresh on your calendar. Seasonal campaigns, new menus and rebrands print in-house.
Staffing
Who runs it?
One person on your team, usually part time. Training is one full day, and lifetime support from our Wilmington, NC help desk comes with every package. TWP owners already run more than one machine with hired operators, so the playbook for a crew is proven.

FAQ
Questions brand and facilities teams ask
How do we keep wall graphics consistent across multiple locations?
Print every location from one approved file library on the same printer model. Direct-to-surface printing removes the vendor, print run and installer differences that make vinyl drift from store to store.
Is direct-to-wall printing cheaper than vinyl for a multi-location brand?
Installed printed vinyl runs about $16 per square foot and is usually replaced every 3 to 5 years. In-house printing costs about 50 cents per square foot in ink, plus labor, the machine and upkeep. The more locations and refreshes you run, the faster the machine pays back.
Can one printer cover several locations?
Yes. The printer packs into cases and travels. Many brands start with one printer per region.
How many printers does our brand need?
It depends on square footage and refresh frequency. A printer covers 10 to 20 square feet per hour. We size it with you on a call.
What surfaces can we print on?
Drywall, brick, concrete, wood, glass, metal, floors and tile. Each new surface gets a test print first.
Is there multi-unit pricing?
Yes. Multi-unit and national account pricing comes from our team.
