Welcome to The Wall Printer. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thewallprinter.com, our content, and any services, products, or communications provided through the site (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About Us
The Wall Printer (“TWP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a manufacturer of commercial wall and floor printing machines, headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina. We sell printing equipment, provide training and support, and operate the Wall Printing Owners Association (WPOA), a community for owners of our machines.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our Services. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Use of This Site
You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, servers, or related systems. Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data without our written permission. Interfere with the security, performance, or integrity of the site. Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code. Demo Requests, Quotes, and Sales Inquiries
Information you submit through our demo request forms, qualification quiz, or sales inquiries is used to follow up on your interest in our products. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding purchase agreement. Any sale of equipment is governed by a separate written purchase agreement, invoice, or order confirmation issued by TWP.
Pricing, Product Information, and Availability
We work to keep product descriptions, pricing, and specifications accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content on the site is error-free or current. We reserve the right to correct errors, update specifications, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Final pricing, terms, and product configurations are confirmed in writing through your sales agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on thewallprinter.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, machine designs, software, and the underlying patented technology, is the property of TWP or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. TWP holds multiple proprietary patents covering our wall and floor printing technology.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our content or technology without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the site is permitted.
Wall Printer Owners Association (WPOA)
WPOA is a separate community resource available to authorized owners of TWP equipment. Membership, participation, and access to WPOA content are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of onboarding.
User Submissions
If you submit content to us (testimonials, photos, videos, case studies, social media tags, or feedback), you grant TWP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in our marketing, on our site, and across our advertising channels, with attribution where appropriate. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.
Third Party Links and Services
Our site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hanover County, North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
