Who we are

About The Wall Printer® and the direct-to-surface UV printer

The Wall Printer® assembles, tests and supports direct-to-surface UV printer packages for walls, floors, glass, metal, wood and panels. The printer goes to the surface, prints the image straight onto it, and cures the ink with UV light as it goes.

Print on almost anything, almost anywhere. The surface doesn't come to the machine. The machine goes to the surface.

Your printer, your training and your support, all from Wilmington, NC.

What it is

What a direct-to-surface UV printer is

A UV inkjet print head on a rail that stands against a surface, or on a wheeled unit that rolls across a floor. It prints a digital image directly onto the surface, and UV light cures the ink as it prints, so the surface is finished when the head reaches the end of the pass. The machine breaks down, rides in a van and sets up where the work is.

It prints on walls, floors, glass, metal, wood, concrete, brick, tile, acrylic and canvas. White ink is standard, so dark and colored surfaces work. Floors run on the Floor Series, and panels and canvas can be printed in the shop and installed on site.

What it is not

Not a handheld, a flatbed, an office printer or a 3D printer

"Multi surface printer" gets used for a lot of things. This isn't a handheld inkjet coder for marking boxes and pipes. It isn't a flatbed that prints whatever you can lay on its bed, an office printer, or a 3D printer. It's a direct-to-surface UV printer that goes to a wall, a floor, a window or a panel and prints on it where it is.
